iRealty is a comprehensive software package to run real estate classifieds websites. It is a perfect option for individual realtors and real estate agencies, as well as for real estate classified listing websites and online real estate newspapers. iRealty includes everything required for running a successful online realty classifieds business.
Here you can find a full dump is taken a few months ago. This script is fully functional, but there are some bugs and unfinished code inside. To make it work, you need to make some changes and additional checks. Especially with database, like: to import your own counties, cities and streets, and change some other settings. It is unfinished because at some point we started to work with totally different branch, and this one was left aside for something different.
